We want every visit to feel easy. Here’s what to know before you book.
Booking and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. That lets us offer your time to a guest on our waitlist.
Cancellations inside 24 hours and missed appointments are charged a $50 fee. Our providers are paid on commission and aren’t paid when an appointment is missed, so part of this fee goes to them.
Deposits
Some services require a deposit when you book. If you don’t show for that appointment, the deposit is forfeited.
Before your visit
Please complete your intake and consent forms before you arrive. If you need help with them, we’re happy to help at the spa.
Your health history is updated once a year. Let us know if anything changes before your next visit.
Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to enjoy a specialty drink, a chilled towelette and warm slippers, so your service can start on time.
Guests under 18
A parent or legal guardian completes an Adolescent Consent form before each visit. Depending on the service and the guest’s age, a guardian may need to stay on-site or in the treatment room.
Botox and Letybo are for guests 18 and older. Dermal filler is generally for guests 22 and older.
Pricing and payment
Prices may change periodically to reflect product costs and our providers’ growing expertise.
A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
We accept HSA and FSA cards. Financing is available through Cherry.
Gift cards can be purchased online or at the spa. Promotional gift card offers are available in person only.
Results
Results vary with skin type and condition, and no specific result is guaranteed.
Injectables are elective cosmetic treatments and are not billed to insurance.

When you sign our intake form, you agree to appointment reminders and occasional promotions by text. Ask our team anytime to opt out.
Botox and Letybo care
Before: avoid non-essential blood-thinning medications and supplements for about 1–2 weeks (only with your prescriber’s approval for anything prescribed), and avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours before and after.
After: stay upright for about 4 hours and don’t rub, massage or press treated areas for at least 4 hours. Skip strenuous exercise, heat, and facials or other facial treatments for 24 hours. If your injector asks, gently use the treated muscles for the first hour.
What to expect: results begin in 2–14 days, peak around 2 weeks and typically last about 3 months. A touch-up check may be appropriate at about 2 weeks.
Seek emergency care right away for any trouble swallowing, speaking or breathing, then call us.
Dermal filler care
Before: avoid non-essential blood-thinning medications and supplements for about one week (only with your prescriber’s approval for anything prescribed).
After: for at least 24–48 hours, avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, extreme heat or cold, sun exposure and tanning, and massaging or pressing treated areas. Space lasers, peels and similar treatments as your injector advises.
What to expect: results typically last 6–18 months, depending on the product and area.
Seek emergency care right away for severe or increasing pain, white, dusky or mottled skin, or vision changes, then call us.
